About this webinar:
Collections isn’t just a job for the billing office. And nurturing patient loyalty isn’t just the job of the physician. Everyone in patient flow chain – including the front office staff – has a role to play in patient service, work flow and collections. In this entertaining-but-illuminating webinar, Elizabeth Woodcock brings a wealth of wisdom, tips and tools that will help front office staff improve time-of-service collections, optimize work flow and nurture patient loyalty. Whether the job is "perfect" appointment reminder calls, flawless patient registrations, or impeccable management of each patient’s wait, your front office staff has a lot to offer. Learn what case studies, research and a wealth of professional experience has to say about how to perfect front office performance. Plus, you’ll get take-aways including a pre-employment guide for telephone operators, a mystery patient survey template and sample time-of-service collections scripts. The question isn’t, ‘should I come to this webinar?’ but, rather, ‘how can I afford not to use these ideas in my practice?’

Ohio MGMA's 2012 Medical Practice Employee Salary and Benefits Survey Available for Purchase
The Ohio Medical Group Management Association is proud to publish results from the 2012 Medical Practice Employee Salary and Benefits Survey. Our membership asked for a comprehensive survey and the OMGMA listened. The OMGMA salary survey is an exceptional tool for practice managers to budget and manage their staff.
Thank you to all the practices that took time to participate in the 2012 survey. Your time used to complete the survey has paid off.
There are several unique features about this survey:
• Physician to staff ratios;
• Summary of employee benefits;
• Compensation for staff positions broken-down by state totals as well as general geographic locations; and
• Staff compensation stated as an hourly rate and can be used to calculate annualized salary (included is a mean and percentile ranking)
We extend a special thank you to our Salary Survey Sponsor, Clark Shaefer Hackett, for taking our raw data and compiling it into this report.
Cost $125 Ohio MGMA Members / $250 Non Members
